Dr. Jens-Uwe Meyer, MBA
Chairman of the Board
Dr. Jens-Uwe Meyer holds a doctorate in economics, has extensive management training, and is a certified ISO 27001 Lead Auditor according to the globally recognized standards of the international auditing organization IRCA ( certificate no. 6211145 ). As a member of the board, he is responsible for ensuring that the digital solutions, the results of the AI assistant, and the certification process are 100% compliant with the standards.
Steffen Kügler, M.A.
Chief Technology Officer
Steffen Kügler is the technological architect of the DICIS® certification platform, which is developed and provided by the parent company Innolytics® AG. He is responsible for integrating AI into the certification tool and for the technical development of the digital solution. With his many years of experience in data analysis and security, he ensures that the solutions comply with existing legal requirements (GDPR, EU AI Act, etc.).
Alexandra Hamerla
Head of Customer Success Team
Alexandra leads the Customer Success Team. She is responsible for supporting both certification customers and larger customers who only use the software.
Together with clients, she sets up platforms, configures processes, and ensures that companies achieve measurable success through the software. As a trained market researcher, handling complex data is practically second nature to her.
Dörte Martischewsky
DICIS Certification Team
Dörte is a member of our certification team and ensures that the entire certification process is structured and compliant with regulations. She monitors that clients receive a prompt appointment for their certification audit after completing their preparation and that all required documents are complete. She is also available to answer clients’ questions and provides quick, clear answers.
Max Löbnitz
DICIS Certification Team
Max is a member of our certification team and assists new clients with implementing the standard requirements in the ISO certification tool. He explains the individual steps in the system, helps with structuring the content, and provides practical tips for meeting the requirements. He ensures that new users can quickly find their way around the tool and prepare effectively for certification.
Sebastian Scherzer
DICIS Certification Team
Sebastian is part of the DICIS certification team and supports new clients in getting started with ISO certification. He provides practical demonstrations of how to implement the standard’s requirements within the system and offers valuable tips on the structure and documentation. His precise and transparent guidance helps users quickly gain orientation and prepares them optimally for certification.
Marco Schirrmeister
Lead Auditor
Marco is a certified auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 27001. He conducts certification and surveillance audits. He combines in-depth expertise as a certified IT security manager, BSI IT-Grundschutz practitioner, and CompTIA Network+ Professional with over 30 years of experience in strategic communication.
His focus is on translating abstract standards into understandable, practical processes. In this way, he ensures that certifications not only meet formal requirements, but also function as helpful tools in everyday business life.
Yannis Wulff
DICIS Certification Team
Yannis is part of Alexandra Hamerla’s team and provides careful and reliable customer support. He handles the setup and configuration of the platform and serves as the liaison to the DICIS certification team.
Furthermore, he implements individual customer requests, including technical ones – for example, customizing user interfaces, integrating external systems, or implementing specific reporting functions.
Nadim Sujon
Graphic / Media Production
With his flair for appealing UX design, he ensures that our applications are not only functional but also intuitive and aesthetically pleasing.
He also develops multimedia content such as animations and videos that convey complex topics clearly and understandably.
